If you have not received a response within 72 hours, please resend message in a different message thread, as this could be due to your message going into our spam folder. Do you ship worldwide?

  • We currently ship to the U.S. only.

What is the return and exchange policy ?

  • We accept returns for store credit within two weeks from the date the tracking number states it was delivered. 
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with the original tags and packaging attached. Clearance/Sale items are final sale, no exceptions.
  • Please note that customer is responsible to pay for ALL shipping fees including the cost to ship the exchange item.
  • We are not responsible for any custom charges, taxes, import duties, or fees. For more information contact your local customs office.  

I’m missing an item or my items arrived damaged or with a defect!

  • Please email us admin@restlessxo.com as soon as possible with images attached. We will not accept claims if a week has passed from delivery date. 

Do you ship overnight or express? 

  • Unfortunately, we do not ship overnight or express. 

 How long will it take to receive my order?

  • All items require 1-2 business days to prepare.  Average delivery times are 6-8 business days within the United States, not including weekends or holidays.

Why was my order cancelled?

  • In rare cases, an item you ordered may suddenly become out of stock due to an unforeseen event. You will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If you ordered other items they will still be shipped and the unavailable item will be removed from the order.
  • Order may also have been cancelled if we have contacted you to provide additional verification (billing, payment, or shipping) and we did not receive a response, as we cannot hold orders for longer than 3 days.

Do you have a size chart? 

  • Please refer to our Size Guide for measurements.

 Do you sell gift cards? 

  • Unfortunately, we do not sell gift cards at the moment. Sorry!
